Your personal data is used solely for: (a) sending PMG launch announcements and onboarding communications; (b) identity verification before plan participation (post-launch); (c) contribution tracking and participant record administration; (d) compliance monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations; and (e) operational communications regarding your participation status.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of: (a) your explicit consent, given at the point of registration; (b) contractual necessity, where you become a participating member; and (c) legitimate interests in preventing fraud and maintaining secure platform operations.
4. Data Sharing
PMG does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with: (a) our technology and hosting service providers acting as data processors under binding agreements; (b) law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by applicable Nigerian law; and (c) our legal or compliance advisors where necessary to protect PMG's rights or fulfil legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
Waitlist registration data is retained for a period of 24 months from the date of collection, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. Member participation records (post-launch) are retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with applicable regulatory and commercial record-keeping requirements.
6. Your Rights Under the NDPA 2023
You have the right to: access your personal data held by PMG; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data where no legal retention obligation applies; withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing; and lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of PMG Administrative Services Ltd's platform, waitlist registration, and participation services. By registering your interest or using the PMG platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of PMG's Services
PMG Administrative Services Ltd provides contribution administration, participation documentation, identity verification support, contribution tracking, payout coordination support, and operational services. PMG is an administrative and coordination service provider only. PMG does not engage in banking, deposit-taking, lending, investment management, or any activity requiring licensing by the CBN or SEC.
2. PMG's Responsibility
PMG's responsibility is limited to providing contribution administration, participation documentation, identity verification support, contribution tracking, payout coordination support, and operational services in accordance with the Participation Agreement.
3. Waitlist Registration
Waitlist registration does not constitute membership, create participation rights, or give rise to any financial obligation of any kind on the part of either the registrant or PMG. No contribution plan is currently active. Registration is for informational and communication purposes only.
4. Participation Agreements
Formal participation in any PMG-administered contribution arrangement is subject to execution of a binding Participation Agreement between PMG and the participant. All terms, contribution amounts, payout schedules, and cycle positions will be documented in the Participation Agreement before any participation commences. No informal verbal arrangements are recognised by PMG.
5. KYC Verification Requirements
All participants must complete identity verification (BVN and NIN verification) before being admitted to any contribution arrangement. PMG reserves the right to decline or suspend participation where verification requirements are not satisfactorily met.
6. Payment Channels
Upon platform launch, contribution instructions will only be communicated through officially approved PMG channels and authenticated member access areas. PMG does not and will not authorise third-party agents, brokers, or individuals to collect contributions on its behalf. Any payment made outside officially approved PMG channels is made at the participant's sole risk.
7. No Financial Guarantees
PMG does not guarantee payouts, returns, or any financial outcome. Participation in any contribution arrangement is subject to all participants fulfilling their agreed contribution obligations as documented in the Participation Agreement. PMG is not liable for the failure of other participants to meet their obligations.
8. Defaulter and Compliance Policy
Participants who fail to meet their contribution obligations are subject to PMG's escalation and compliance procedures as detailed in the Participation Agreement. PMG reserves the right to publish non-compliant participant records in the Defaulter Registry in accordance with its transparency and accountability framework.
9. Fraud and Impersonation
Any individual impersonating PMG, collecting funds in PMG's name without authorisation, or otherwise defrauding participants through misrepresentation of PMG may be reported to the EFCC, NDPC, and relevant law enforcement authorities. PMG will cooperate fully with all lawful investigations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
11. Amendments
PMG reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants through official PMG channels. Continued use of the platform or participation in any arrangement following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
